Boy Meets World is an american comedy sitcom was aired premiered on ABC from September 24, 1993 to May 5, 2000 . It revolved around the everday life of Cernelius “Cory” Mathews, who grows up from curious Junior High School boy to a matured married man. Most of the problems that go into a normal teenager's life. As the show grew more and more, It dealt with real issues like sex, first days of high school and college, drugs, not fitting in, etc.
The show does a good job of developing Cory, giving him the girl of his dreams, usually it is his childhood sweetheart Topanga (Danielle Fishel), whom he later marries, a best friend Shawn (Rider Strong), a caring family, and a teacher/principal who has always been at his side who helps him overcome this problem. The show has everything that makes a good sitcom, comedy, drama, romance, and the occasional deep trouble that every teen gets in.
CAST
Cornelius A. "Cory" Matthews (Ben Savage)
Cory is the main character of the series, as time goes on, Cory's slacker tendencies diminish as his neuroses increase, and by the end of the series, his pessimism and paranoia, mixed along with a fairly strong work ethic and sense of right and wrong, become who he is
Eric Randall Matthews (Will Friedle)
Eric began the show as a suave, popular young man who constantly went on dates. He was originally portrayed as the stereotypical older brother and often provides comic relief in tough situations throughout the series.
Shawn Patrick Hunter (Rider Strong)
Shawn has always been the best friend of Cory Matthews. The two met when Cory fell into an animal pen at a zoo and Shawn came to his rescue. Shawn takes more risks and has more of a bad boy image. Their personality differences do cause problems between the two a few times, but these problems can never destroy the friendship between Cory and Shawn.
Topanga Lawrence-Matthews (Danielle Fishel)
Topanga is Cory's main love interest. Her character underwent dramatic changes during the course of the series
Boy Meets World is a show that reminds me a lot of NBC's 'Friends,' except for teens and younger children. It is still one of the most watched shows on TV on the Disney Channel and ABC Family. The show consistently had top ratings from its debut to its seventh and last season.

Boyd Pritchedd (Anthony Clark) an easy going young adult from small town Virginia. After Driving his enthusiastic 18-year old sister Wyleen Princhett (Hedy Buress) to her new life as a freshmen in fictional Randolph Harrington College in Boston, he decides to take a job in the student union then shares her apartment - just to look after her. Oftentimes in the show, Boyd surprises everyone with his wit and charm and gets a lot of admiration except from Joy Byrnes (Traylor Howard), a student whom Boyd had eyes on. Joy was a dizzy grad student studying southern culture for whom Bo had eyes; she, however, was taken with young Professor Jack, who in turn was in love mostly with himself. Leonard was the dour college archivist who hung out at their apartment, and Tasha the surly administrative assistant. Other students and faculty members stumbled, fumbled, and leered their way through various episodes.

Most episodes follow President Bartlet and his staff through particular legislative or political issues. Plots can range from behind-closed-doors negotiating with Congress ("Five Votes Down") to personal issues like sex ("Pilot", "Take Out The Trash Day") and personal drug use (a major plotline throughout the first and second seasons). The typical episode loosely follows the president and his staff through their day, generally following several plots connected by some idea or theme. A large, fully connected set of the White House allows the producers to create shots with very few cuts and long, continuous master shots of staff members walking and talking through the hallways. These "walk and talks" became a trademark of the show.
After seven seasons of the Award-winning drama series, the Bartlet Administration prepares to leave the White House and The West Wing. While Santos and his winning camp are nervously gearing up for the presidential inauguration, current President Bartlet, CJ and the others fondly look back as they prepare to leave the White House forever.
